How to find us
(hitta.se): Drive E4 north from
Umeå or south from Skellefteå. In Sikeå you
turn off towards Robertsfors. You drive
straight through Robertsfors and continue 10
km, here you have Hedlunda husky on your
right side in the village of Överklinten.
It´s a red house on your right side, about
75 m from the road. When you pass the sign
Överklinten, you have been driving about 50
m too far! (If you go by bus from Umeå:
Take bus nr 12 or 17 to Robertsfors
busstation. Please make a
reservation for the transfer to our place in
advance. Transfer fee is added. )
Överklintens kvarn/Kvarnhotellet (we
sometimes start here):
Drive E4 north from Umeå or south from
Skellefteå. In Sikeå you turn off towards
Robertsfors. You drive straight through
Robertsfors and continue 12 km to the cenre
of the vilaage Överklinten. you turn right
in the first main cross towards Korssjön,
and drive 600 m. Here, you have a red house
on your right side with a small road right
after and a sign where it says Kvarnhotellet
to the right. you drive 75 m on this road
and park your car at Överklintens kvarn. We
meet you here if this was our primary
agreement. |
Clothing:
warm underclothes
fleece
shell-jacket and -pants
Warm boots, preferently socks made of wool
warm glooves
warm cap, covering your ears
in other words, dress as if you would go
down-hill skiing!
Cotton underclothes become cold if wet!
We have garments for rent including jacket,
pants, fleece, cap, gloves, and wintes boots:
200 kr/person including all garments you need or 50
kr pro garment |

Wheather: We drive our dogs no matter
the weather!

About our dogs: the Siberian husky
dog is a fast, strong, and eager polar dog.
Our dogs are used to kids and family life.
be aware of that the dogs are barking on
departure, it means that they are eager to
run with the sledge. They love their task. |
Conveniences:
we will be out in the deep forest. Upon
departure from Hedlunda gård or Överklintens
kvarn, we have access to toilets.
At larger arrangements at Siknäs, there is a
dry toilet, no water. |

Payment: Cash, if no other
agreement. if invoice upon agreement:
payment within 10 days. After last day, 2 %
interest/month |
Travel guarantee:
According to circumstances that we can not
prevent for example sickness, lack of snow
changes in the schedule might occur. kennel
nearby can help us out if necessary. |
